No Suction

This is usually a simple fix and can be remedied by checking the filter and skimmer baskets for any blockages. You should also check the entire length of hose for air leaks while the cleaner is running. If you find a leak you can usually repair it by adding some waterproof lubricant to the swivel connectors, or you can replace the hose.

Climbing Walls

If your robotic cleaner is having trouble climbing the walls of your pool it is most likely due to a lack of weight. This can be corrected by readjusting the weights. Another issue that can prevent your cleaner from climbing the walls is an improperly positioned thrust jet. This is located on the back of the cleaner and controls how the machine climbs the walls. It is important that this jet is positioned at the right height and angle for your pool.

Unusual Noises

If you hear loud or unusual noises from your automatic pool cleaner, it is a sign that the machine isn’t working properly. These sounds can come from the motor or drive, which means it is time to replace your cleaner.

Energy Consumption

Power Cord Short
